Lisa Bristowe completed the Graduate Diploma of Genetic Counselling from Newcastle University in 2000. Since graduating, she has worked for the Hereditary Bowel Cancer Registry and as a genetic counsellor at Liverpool Hospital and Sydney Children's Hospital. With over 10 years experience as a genetic counsellor, Lisa brings expertise and skills in the area of general genetic counselling. With a background in psychology, Lisa has a special interest in the psychosocial impact of genetic disease on the family.
Ron Fleischer completed the Graduate Diploma of Genetic Counselling from Newcastle University in 2000. Since then he has worked as a genetic counsellor in family cancer clinics, as well as prenatal, paediatric and adult genetic clinics. He has served as the NSW state representation to the Australasian Society of Genetic Counsellors and attended and presented at numerous Human Genetic Society of Australasia conferences. He has a special interest in prenatal screening and diagnosis.
